After ignition, a high-temperature flame is generated, melting and dispersing the silicon micro powder into spherical silicon micro powder.
The cooling and recycling device rapidly cools the melted and dispersed high-temperature spherical silicon micro powder to avoid crystallization, and recovers the cooled spherical silicon micro powder in the collector.
