There are few manufacturers who can control it within 50-80ppm. Therefore, it is very important in mineral processing and impurity removal.
6. Whether to modify or activate
Activity and modification are the same meaning, and commonly used in the market are siloxanes to modify ordinary silica micro powders. After modification, silicon powder will improve its physical properties related to resin silicone oil, such as flowability, oil absorption value, and bulk density. Of course, the cost will also double. Therefore, whether to use active silica micro powder or ordinary silica micro powder depends on specific circumstances.
7. Different uses
There are currently too many fields where silicon micro powder can be used. Plastic, silicone fluororubber, coating ink, fiber, ceramic board, flame retardant and refractory materials, adhesive, casting gypsum powder. In areas where different indicators are required, different specifications of silicon micro powder are needed.
