The working principles of the powder quantitative conveying system, gas quantity control and mixing device, gas fuel high-temperature flame spray gun, and cooling recovery device are briefly introduced below.
Powder quantitative conveying system: It uses pneumatic conveying to continuously and uniformly transport the powder to be processed into molten silicon micro powder into a high-temperature flame according to the specified feeding amount. Gas quantity control and mixing device: It can adjust and control the gas quantity and combustion supporting gas quantity according to the flame temperature, flame length, and stiffness, and fully mix the gas with the combustion supporting gas before sending it to the high-temperature flame spray gun.
Gas fuel high-temperature flame spray gun: It sprays a mixture of fuel gas (mixed with combustion supporting gas) and non spherical silicon micro powder material simultaneously, ignites and produces a high-temperature flame, melts and disperses the silicon micro powder, and turns it into molten silicon micro powder.
Cooling and recovery device: Quickly cool the melted and dispersed high-temperature spherical silicon micro powder to avoid crystallization, and recover the cooled molten silicon micro powder in the collector.
