At present, Japan is the main country that can produce high-purity spherical silicon micro powder materials abroad. Japan is currently the main exporter of spherical silicon micro powder, with companies such as Tatsumori, Denka, and Micro producing spherical silicon micro powder.

Japan is a resource poor country, so most of the raw materials such as crystalline quartz need to be imported, mainly from countries and regions rich in quartz resources such as India, China, and Sri Lanka.

3. Jiangsu Donghai Silicon Micro Powder Enterprise has a high market share

At present, there are very few enterprises in China that can produce high-purity and ultrafine silica micro powders, mainly distributed in areas such as Lianyungang and Xuzhou in Jiangsu, and Huzhou in Zhejiang.

There are over 40 silicon micro powder enterprises and more than 100 production lines in Donghai County, Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province. The annual output of silicon micro powder is over 300000 tons. Electronic grade silicon micro powder, electrical grade silicon micro powder, and electrical grade silicon micro powder account for 70%, 60%, and 40% of the domestic market, respectively. They can produce more than 100 types of silicon micro powder products in more than 10 categories.

In recent years, the rapid development of the Chinese economy has made China a major producer, consumer, and exporter of silicon micro powder in the world, and China's proportion of silicon micro powder consumption in the world is increasing.
