Introduction to the Main Production Equipment of Modified Silicon Micropowder

Modified silicon micro powder is made of natural quartz or fused silica (natural quartz is amorphous SiO2 after high temperature melting and cooling) through crushing, purification, 

grinding, grading and other processes.

Powder quantitative conveying system, gas quantity control and mixing device, gas fuel high-temperature flame spray gun, cooling and recovery device.

The powder quantitative conveying system uses pneumatic conveying method to continuously and uniformly transport the powder to be processed into spherical silicon micro powder 

according to the specified feeding amount

The gas quantity control and mixing device can adjust and control the gas quantity and combustion supporting gas quantity based on the flame temperature, flame length, and stiffness, and fully mix the gas with the combustion supporting gas before sending it to the high-temperature flame spray gun.
